Solutions Engineer – Microsoft Servers
Focus Technology Solutions, an IT services provider located on the New Hampshire seacoast, is looking for experienced Solutions Engineers to work within its Professional Services team. Our Solutions Engineers deliver enterprise wide Infrastructure projects to Focus Clients throughout the New England area. Roles and responsibilities include solution consulting and design, project scoping and planning, hands on technical services, deliverable acceptance and technical support services. Our Professional Services Clients expect the best, which begins with you. The ideal candidate will be able to document and/or demonstrate the following capabilities:
- Hands on technical experience with Microsoft Server, Exchange 2003/2007, IIS, ISA, Sharepoint, SQL, SMS and WCCS platforms
- Microsoft certifications: MCSE, with specialization in Exchange and proven AD expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding listening skills
- Project delivery planning and execution experience
- Cooperative and independent work delivery
- Sensitivity to customer service and customer satisfaction achievement
