We apply internal and external scoping mechanisms, presales engineering consulting and Statement of Work engagement templates to document the proposed solution, applying only those portions of the project life cycle that make sense in your situation. Your input and endorsement are solicited and secured before any work begins.

Once the project is defined, we apply project management methodology defined and certified by the Project Management Institute through full time PMP certified project managers on staff at Focus.

The result of this delivery methodology is consistent, efficient delivery of properly scoped projects to fulfill our mission and your solution requirements.
