FocusOn Retainer-Based Support

At Focus Technology Solutions Inc., we know you need the right help at the right time. Our FocusOn Retainer-Based Support (FORBS) provides you access to our industry certified FocusOn NOC engineers. Our customers enjoy peace of mind knowing that when any part of their IT infrastructure goes down they can count on FocusOn to respond. Within two hours our certified NOC engineers will actively diagnose the issue and get you back up in running fast. FORBS contracts can be either annual or semi-annual and offer you a peace of mind that FocusOn will be there when you need us most.
