FocusOn Retainer-Based Support

FocusOn Retainer-Based Support (FORBS) - Semi-Annual Contract

FORBS support guarantees a two hour call back connecting you to a live technical engineer who can provide both phone and remote support as part of our service level agreement. In addition, we will provide onsite support at best effort. Your FORBS service contract provides five pre-paid hours of monthly support for general IT issues including both hardware and software troubleshooting. Our FocusOn engineers will work directly with your IT team and/or designated contact for all related IT support requests. FORBS Semi-Annual Contract is $875.00 per month.

FocusOn Retainer-Based Support (FORBS) - Annual Contract

FORBS support guarantees a two hour call back connecting you to a live technical engineer who can provide both phone and remote support as part of our service level agreement. Your FORBS service contract provides five pre-paid hours of quarterly support for general IT issues including both hardware and software troubleshooting. Our FocusOn engineers will work directly with your IT team and/or designated contact for all related IT support requests. FORBS Annual Contract is $875.00 per quarter.

Additional FORBS Benefits:

• FORBS clients receive a discounted hourly service rate of $175.00 per hour compared with our standard service rate of $200.00 per hour.
• FORBS clients receive priority queuing for support requests
• FORBS clients are provided 24x7x365 access to our service portal site which allows for ticket creation, ticket status review and monthly/quarterly billing statistics

FORBS Service Contract Details

• Support to be provided during stated normal business hours of Monday thru Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST. SLA effective for all reported issues logged prior to 3:00PM EST.
• All support requests extending outside of normal business hours will be charged at a time-and-half hourly service rate
• All onsite support will carry a two hour minimum w/ one-way travel charge
