FocusOn Service Level Agreements
FocusOn Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are available in either Basic or Platinum support levels. Both support levels guarantee a two hour call back for phone and remote support 24x7x365. In addition, both SLA's offer onsite support whether you need Next Business Day (Basic) or a four hour onsite 24x7x365 support (Platinum) is entirely up to you and your business requirements. When issues are identified through our monitoring systems our FocusOn team will either troubleshoot and resolve the problem immediately and/or escalate all issues to your designated IT team.
