Direct Capital has been working with Focus for over five years as a trusted and dependable provider of IT consulting and solutions. During that time, Focus has consistently provided knowledgeable business and technical advice and has assisted us with upgrading our email system and providing general support for our LAN and WAN infrastructure. Our most recent project addressed deploying a consolidated SAN infrastructure for our core applications and improving our backup and recovery of critical data. Focus engineers designed and deployed a solution which increased our data storage performance and reliability, and significantly improved our backup infrastructure. The disk-based backup solution which we implemented has decreased our backup windows from 72 hours down to just over 12, and has dramatically improved our restore capability. This is solution, which Focus architected, has positioned us well for future virtualization and DR solutions.
