He has been successful in various sales leadership and channel roles with relationships including Dell-EMC, Cisco, VMWare, and Barracuda, Adam will be instrumental in Focus’ continued growth

With over 20 years in IT sales and business development, Jon Bram has mastered leading teams, building pipelines, and optimizing CRM operations. His strategic vision drives growth and identifies new opportunities. Jon’s expertise and passion make him a cornerstone of Focus Technology’s success, fostering innovation and long-term business impact.

Evan began as a NOC Shift Engineer and rose through every role over 9+ years, helping shape today’s world-class NOC. With a focus on Network Engineering and Security, he empowers his team with top-tier tools and leads with integrity, driving excellence and unmatched operational thoroughness.

As Human Resources Director, Tracy is committed to building a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. She serves as an ambassador of the company’s core values, helping to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth throughout the organization.

Before the merger, Tracy spent 18 years with Converged Technology Group, where she built lasting relationships and played an integral role in supporting employees and the company’s continued success. Today, she partners with leaders and team members across the organization on talent development, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compliance, and organizational strategy.

Tracy believes that people are the foundation of every successful organization and is passionate about creating an environment where employees can thrive while helping the business achieve its goals.

Joe has been with Focus for over eight years. He joined as a Help Desk Technician before advancing through several roles to now serve as ASE Manager. With a decade of experience in the IT industry, Joe has developed expertise in Desktops, Servers, Networking, and Cloud technologies. As the ASE Manger he leverages his technical skills alongside two decades of Customer Service experience to build strong relationships with both clients and Focus teammates.

With over a decade of experience in the technology industry, Malakai is results-driven and highly focused on execution. He drives innovation and efficiency through process optimization, AI, and automation, working closely with all business units to streamline and standardize managed services day-to-day operations. His strategic leadership ensures Focus delivers top-tier services tailored to client needs, solidifying its position as a trusted industry leader.

Gretchen, a CPA, manages accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory while collaborating with business partners to ensure all initiatives are recorded in accordance with U.S. GAAP. She also develops and maintains internal financial and accounting policies, financial statements and analysis, and oversees income and expenses, payroll and budgets. Before joining Focus, she served as the Director of Compensation at Wayfair LLC.

Anthony is a collaborative marketing professional with 14 years of experience in demand generation, brand development, and go-to-market execution. He focuses on creating meaningful customer engagement, building strong partnerships, and delivering measurable impact through thoughtful, integrated strategies that support business growth.

Frank is a technology enthusiast with over 25 years in IT. He’s passionate about building lasting relationships and leading teams that implement advanced technologies across diverse industries. His expertise spans client/server systems, virtualization, networking, security, wireless, collaboration, and cloud—allowing him to design and deliver solutions that integrate seamlessly into client environments while ensuring an exceptional experience.

Bill spent 8 years at NWN helping lead their service organization and most recently at Methods Machines as their VP of Services. McCarthy supports the running the people, delivery, process, and tools for the MSP division.

With a solid background of 12 years at Dell/EMC in enterprise and commercial sales, and a decade on the partner side in sales, sales management, and executive roles, Liam brings a wealth of experience to his position. He holds certifications from Dell, Cisco, AWS, and Azure, underscoring his expertise in the field. Liam is passionate about helping customers solve problems, leading to positive business outcomes—a testament to his commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

With over 25 years of experience in the IT services industry, Scott is a seasoned expert in designing best-in-class enterprise solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. His deep expertise in cross-architecture solution selling has enabled him to design comprehensive Collaboration solutions tailored to the unique needs of Focus clients. Scott’s strategic approach and technical acumen consistently drive innovation, efficiency, and value across complex IT environments.

John Scalcione is a seasoned technology and program management leader with over 20 years of experience delivering complex IT, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives for enterprise and mid-market organizations. As Manager of the PMO at Focus Technology, John leads and mentors project management teams while overseeing professional and managed services engagements, financial forecasting, presales scoping, and client onboarding.  John has a proven track record of driving large-scale infrastructure modernization, cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365), data analytics programs, and security initiatives, including incident response, penetration testing, and proactive risk mitigation. His background spans global enterprise environments, having successfully managed multi-region projects impacting datacenters, retail operations, and manufacturing sites worldwide. Known for bridging technical execution with business strategy, John brings a disciplined, process-driven approach to project delivery, financial governance, and continuous improvement. He holds a BS in Business Administration (MIS/Finance) from Northeastern University and maintains certifications in Project Management and IT Service Management.

With over a decade of experience in the IT reseller space, Jonathan brings a wealth of expertise in Sales Operations and Business Operations to Focus. Dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and accelerating company growth, Jonathan is committed to streamlining processes and optimizing workflows to maximize success in the dynamic IT market.

Barry is a veteran sales leader with 20+ years of experience driving mid-market and enterprise growth across IT integration and managed services. He excels at building high-performing teams, leading go-to-market execution, and scaling revenue nationwide. Before joining Focus Technology, Barry served as VP of Sales at XTIUM, where he led a national team and consistently exceeded growth targets. He previously spent over a decade at ConvergeOne managing Fortune 1000-focused sales teams and delivering sustained year-over-year results. Barry has led organizations through rebrands, integrations, and product expansions with a continued focus on sustainable growth and operational alignment.

Tony has been with Focus for over five years. He joined as a Help Desk Technician before advancing to through several roles to now serve as Help Desk Manager. With a decade of experience in the IT industry, Tony has developed expertise in Desktops, Servers, Networking, and Cloud technologies.

Julie is an experienced recruiting and talent acquisition professional skilled in strategic planning, interviewing, onboarding, integration, and relationship management. She is passionate about finding and engaging top talent and creating a positive and inclusive culture. Prior to joining Focus, Julie worked in the legal industry leading the recruitment and integration efforts for a prestigious Am Law 100 global law firm.

Mario is a technology executive with 20+ years of experience driving enterprise growth and IT modernization across organizations. Throughout his career, Mario led complex transformation initiatives, including M&A integrations and large-scale go-to-market strategies. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering alignment between business and technology stakeholders. Previously, Mario served as a Partner at Blue Front Technology Group, where he advised enterprise clients on modernization and technology strategy. The firm later merged with two organizations and was acquired by a private equity firm in 2022. Earlier in his career, he managed a $40M sales distribution channel for a global carrier and data center provider, driving growth and expanding partner ecosystems across North America.

Craig is the Director of Cloud Alliances at Focus bringing over a decade of deep expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and managed services. His career spans leadership roles across the full technology stack – from solutions architecture and operational technology management to engineering leadership and managed services. Craig has a proven track record of overseeing enterprise infrastructure, forging strategic vendor partnerships, and delivering scalable technology solutions for growing organizations. Based in the Boston area, he is passionate about helping businesses stay at the forefront of cloud and operational technology.

As the previous CEO of Focus Technology, Doug Alexander is now steering his career towards business consulting, investing, and entrepreneurial ventures. As a seasoned IT executive and board member, he brings a wealth of experience in driving growth, optimizing operations, and fostering innovation. With a passion for transforming ideas into thriving businesses, Doug is dedicated to partnering with organizations and individuals to navigate challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and achieve sustainable success

Alan joined Seacoast Capital in 2014. Prior to joining Seacoast, he worked as an Associate for Harris Williams & Co. in Boston, MA, where he executed M&A transactions primarily for middle market industrial companies. His prior work experience includes working at Wells Fargo Bank in their Debt Capital Markets Group, both as an Associate in the Private Placements Group and as an Analyst in the Corporate Syndications Group. Alan received an AB in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

David joined Seacoast Capital in 2013. Previously, he worked as an Analyst for Easterly Capital, a private equity firm in Beverly, MA where he focused on new investments. Prior to Easterly, he worked as an Equity Research Associate at Needham & Co in Boston. David received a BS in Economics from Bates College and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, graduating with honors.

Lisa is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the consulting space working at Deloitte and the last 7 years as an entrepreneur for her own strategy firm. She brings a wealth of expertise and insight to our board, having been on four prior company boards, helping them scale and grow in the IT, construction and financial services space.
