HELP DESK ENGINEER

We are always looking for talented Help Desk Engineers to join our growing Managed Services team! In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for all technical issues with our customers by monitoring and addressing tickets in a timely fashion. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of experience in network administration, completed IT certification/training, excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in the Microsoft suite of products. This role is primarily remote but that could change post-Covid with occasional days working in our downtown Boston office.
