Senior IT Help Desk
Our growing Managed Service practice is looking for an additional resource with Level 1-3 helpdesk knowledge to provide customer support in our help desk. You will serve as a first point of contact for all technical support issues by monitoring our ticket system and addressing those tickets in a timely fashion. A qualified candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in network administration, some form of completed IT certification/training, excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in the Microsoft suite of products, knowledge of iOS a plus.
