“Segway had a legacy Microsoft Exchange environment that needed to be brought to a stable state in order for a migration to Office 365. The migration was complicated due to Segway being a global company and managing different time zones. Focus’ technicians worked with us regardless of the day or time to ensure a smooth global transition. Focus was there every step of the way – helping to design a solution, develop a roadmap, provide the new technology, perform the services to stabilize the environment and implement the Office 365 migration. Part of the overall solution design included protecting the data in our environment through security, archiving and physical backup.
