New Executive Vice President & Senior Vice President join the Managed Services Devision
BOSTON, MA (April 16, 2024) – Focus Technology Solutions, a leading provider of next-generation IT infrastructure, managed IT services, cyber security, and cloud solutions, today announced the addition of two key leaders to their Managed Services Practice.
Drew Phelps will be joining Focus as the Executive Vice President of Managed Services, taking over the day-to-day operations of the MSP practice. Drew has held many IT and consulting positions, including 16 years at NWN in their MSP division, where he worked his way up from Security Solutions Specialist to EVP of the Service Delivery Practice.
Bill McCarthy will also be joining Focus as the Senior Vice President of Managed Services. Bill spent 8 years at NWN helping lead their service organization and most recently at Methods Machines as their VP of Services. McCarthy will be supporting Phelps in running the people, delivery, process, and tools for the MSP division.
