(NSK), an information technology consulting firm specializing in managed services. As Focus continues to invest and evolve parallel to the industry, the company is committed to serving the increasing demand from customers. The managed IT services market, across all industries and verticals, is rapidly increasing at 42% compounded annual growth rate*. Companies are increasingly looking to third party partners for assistance with operations, moving from a reactive to a proactive IT service delivery model. Focus has been at the forefront of providing managed IT services, including managed backup, monitoring, maintenance and support. The acquisition of NSK generates accelerated growth for this area of our business and will provide enhanced value to customers.
