Joining Focus in 2017 as its CFO and in 2023 becoming Focus’ CEO, Chris lends his 25+ years of experience in operational strategy, M&A, service business organic growth & expansion, planning and forecasting. During his tenure at Focus, he has been a key contributor to the company’s digital modernization, transformation and AI strategy. Recognized as an industry thought leader, Chris serves on numerous industry association boards, peer group committees and for-profit and not-for-profit board of directors. In 2022, he was named Boston Business Journal CFO of the Year and in 2024 was inducted into the Boston Smart Business Dealmakers Hall of Fame.

A Focus veteran since 2004, Bill is known as a customer champion. Bill is recognized as an industry thought leader, with active roles on several technical advisory boards that include Dell, Barracuda Network, N-able and others. He is highly skilled in cybersecurity with an extensive list of certifications. Bill has been instrumental in overseeing the SOC 2 compliance process within the organization, ensuring stringent adherence to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy standards.

Recognized as one of the most respected technologists in the IT industry, Larry partners with customers to expertly guide them through their digital transformation. Before joining Focus, Larry served as the Worldwide Pre-sales Director for HPE and spent over a decade in EMC’s Pre-sales organization.

With nearly 20 years in IT, Ahmed Fadili, Chief Strategy Officer, excels in steering strategic directions for services and cloud operations, achieving business alignment through innovative delivery models. Known for driving growth, operational efficiency, and high client satisfaction, his expertise also shines in Mergers and Acquisitions, offering vital insights into corporate integration and expansion. Ahmed leverages the latest technologies for digital transformation, consistently delivering exceptional value and striving for service improvement.

Drew oversees the day-to-day operations of the MSP practice. Drew has held many IT and consulting positions, including 16 years at NWN in their MSP division, where he worked his way up from Security Solutions Specialist to EVP.

Adam leads and manages the company’s Direct and Indirect Sales teams, business development, marketing and demand generation functions. Adam has worked for 20+ years on both the Manufacturing and Partner side of the technology sector. He has been successful in various sales leadership and channel roles with relationships including Dell-EMC, Cisco, VMWare, and Barracuda, Adam will be instrumental in Focus’ continued growth

Mike is responsible for IT solutions assessment, design, and implementation and leads the engineering services team as well as technical certs to ensure customer satisfaction and supplier compliance. Backed by 20+ years of experience in enterprise data center architectures, he’s played an integral role in Focus’ expansion of services delivery capabilities across cloud migrations, converged and hyper-converged, enterprise networking, next-gen storage and advanced Microsoft solutions.

Recognized as a business leader, he excels in identifying opportunities, driving momentum, and delivering transformational results.

He is responsible for server infrastructure, virtual environments, ransomware recovery and remediation, incident recovery management, project scoping, and technology transformation. He has been with Focus for six years and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.

Gretchen, a CPA, manages accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory while collaborating with business partners to ensure all initiatives are recorded in accordance with U.S. GAAP. She also develops and maintains internal financial and accounting policies, financial statements and analysis, and oversees income and expenses, payroll and budgets. Before joining Focus, she served as the Director of Compensation at Wayfair LLC.

Alan joined Seacoast Capital in 2014. Prior to joining Seacoast, he worked as an Associate for Harris Williams & Co. in Boston, MA, where he executed M&A transactions primarily for middle market industrial companies. His prior work experience includes working at Wells Fargo Bank in their Debt Capital Markets Group, both as an Associate in the Private Placements Group and as an Analyst in the Corporate Syndications Group. Alan received an AB in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

David joined Seacoast Capital in 2013. Previously, he worked as an Analyst for Easterly Capital, a private equity firm in Beverly, MA where he focused on new investments. Prior to Easterly, he worked as an Equity Research Associate at Needham & Co in Boston. David received a BS in Economics from Bates College and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, graduating with honors.
